All patients are required to have an active credit card on file to book an appointment online. This allows for contact-less payments. You may use a different payment method than the one on file at the time of your appointment.

The clinic is located on the second floor of the building. There is no elevator in the building. Ample street parking in front of and around the building is available.

A 24-hour cancellation policy is in place. No-shows and patients who cancel within this window will be charged full price. If a patient fails to pay any fees, returning appointments may be cancelled.

Your appointment time is your own. If you are running late, please contact the clinic to let us know. Your treatment time will not be extended.
