Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine, renowned for its ability to promote holistic well-being and address a wide range of health concerns. Acupuncture stimulates the body's natural healing processes, promoting balance and harmony.

Acupuncture enhances the natural healing process by regulating hormone levels, improving blood flow, and reducing stress. Acupuncture is useful for a wide array of conditions including musculoskeletal pain, anxiety, depression, fertility and menstrual cycle issues, menopause, insomnia, immunity deficiencies, digestive concerns, neurological disorders and post-stroke symptoms.

Cupping + Gua Sha

Cupping and gua sha are traditional Chinese Medicine therapies that promote circulation, release muscle tension, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

Cupping uses gentle suction to draw the skin and underlying tissues upward, helping to relieve tight muscles, improve blood flow, and reduce inflammation. It can leave temporary marks that indicate areas of stagnation being released.

Gua Sha involves smooth, rhythmic strokes with a specialized tool to move blood and lymph through the tissues, easing stiffness and encouraging detoxification. It’s commonly used for pain relief, muscle recovery, and immune support.

Moxibustion

Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese therapy that uses gentle heat from the burning of an herb called mugwort (moxa) to stimulate acupuncture points and promote healing. The warmth penetrates deeply into the body, encouraging circulation, easing pain, and supporting the smooth flow of qi and blood.

This therapy is often used to boost energy, strengthen immunity, relieve menstrual discomfort, and warm areas affected by cold or stagnation. Moxibustion leaves the body feeling balanced, relaxed, and revitalized.
